Most women bounce between cutting hard, gaining it all back, and starting over. Body recomposition breaks that cycle — you lose body fat and build lean muscle at the same time, while learning a system you can run for the rest of your life.

I lived the cycle myself. I wanted to grow my glutes and legs, but I'm naturally quad-dominant and hold almost all of my body fat in my back and torso — none of it in my lower body. So I'd bulk to try to build, do it incorrectly with heavy use of protein powders, bars and supplements, and end up chubby and top-heavy because my legs wouldn't catch the fat. Then I'd panic-cut for summer, get lean, and watch what little glute progress I had completely disappear.

I did that for three years. Bulk, get top-heavy, cut, lose the booty, repeat. Eventually I said eff that and committed to body recomposition — stayed lean year-round and built real glute and leg muscle by manipulating my training, food and daily habits instead of swinging between extremes. That's why I stress recomp so hard with my clients: it's the only approach that actually gives you sustainable results.

    You get a detailed intake covering your training history, injuries, current nutrition, lifestyle, schedule and the goals you actually want to hit. This is what your entire program is built off of.

    Step 2 — Onboarded into the training app

    I set you up inside my coaching app where your workouts, meal plan, check-ins and direct messaging with me all live in one place. You'll get a walkthrough so you know exactly how to use it.

    Step 3 — Your custom program is built

    I personally write your 8-week training block and your meal plan around your intake — your equipment, your schedule, your preferences, your goals. No templates, no copy-paste.

    Step 4 — Kickoff call + game plan

    We hop on a call to walk through your program together so you understand the why behind every piece — training split, macros, progressions, and what we're tracking week to week.

    Step 5 — Weekly check-ins + live adjustments

    Every week you send progress photos, weight, measurements, lifts and how the week felt. I review everything and adjust training and nutrition in real time so you keep moving forward.

My approach is simple: give women the structure they've been missing, the accountability they need, and the guidance to finally see progress. Because most women aren't lacking motivation — they're lacking direction. That's where I come in.

The reason behind DPX Athletics

I started DPX Athletics because I saw how many women were doing everything they thought was right — working out, eating better, staying consistent — yet still not seeing the results they deserved. Not because they weren't trying, but because they didn't have the right structure or plan built for them.

I know this firsthand. I spent years stuck in that cycle, wasting time on trial and error, wishing I had someone giving me clarity and a plan that actually worked. Without that, you end up starting over every Monday, second-guessing everything, and feeling stuck when progress slows.

DPX Athletics was built to give women what I wish I had: clear direction, real accountability, and a system that actually works.

What exactly is body recomposition?+

Body recomp is losing body fat and building lean muscle at the same time — so the scale might barely move while you look and feel completely different. It's a slower, smarter approach than a crash cut, and it's how you keep your results long-term instead of rebounding.

Do I need to be in a deep calorie deficit?+

No. Recomp works in a small, strategic deficit (and sometimes at maintenance) paired with high protein and progressive lifting. You'll eat more food than most 'diets' allow and still drop fat — because the training is doing the heavy lifting.

How is this different from the workout plan I downloaded online?+

A PDF can't see you. I onboard you into my training app and build a full system around your goals, schedule, equipment, and history. Your workouts are mapped out week-to-week for up to 8 weeks at a time, and I adjust them based on what's actually happening — your check-ins, lifts, energy, and progress photos.

Do you actually program my meals or just give me 'macros'?+

Both. You get a structured meal plan built around your preferences and lifestyle, plus the macro framework behind it so you understand WHY it's set up that way and how to flex it when life happens — travel, dinners out, busy weeks.

How often do my workouts and nutrition get adjusted?+

Training is laid out in blocks of up to 8 weeks at a time and reviewed every week based on your check-in. Nutrition is adjusted as your body, performance, and progress change — not on a random schedule.

I've tried coaches before and didn't get results. Why would this be different?+

Most online coaching is a copy-paste template and a Monday check-in. With me you get a full system inside one app, weekly written feedback, and direct access between check-ins. If something isn't working, we change it — fast.

I don't have a ton of time / I travel for work. Can this still work?+

Yes. Programs are built around your real schedule — 3, 4, or 5 days a week, home or gym, hotel workouts when you're traveling. The whole point of a custom system is that it fits your life, not the other way around.

How long until I see real changes?+

Most clients start seeing visible changes in 4–6 weeks and significant recomposition by week 12. Long-term, sustainable change is the goal — not a 30-day before/after that disappears.
